Aichi Tokei Denki first started its business as a clock manufacturer. It then started providing service as an aircraft manufacturer and then became a flow meter manufacturer. At all times, we have been active on the frontlines of industries that have required the highest level of technologies. In the clock business, our products have been awarded for the best accuracy in Japan for eight years in a row while our solid experience in aircraft manufacturing has led us to the opportunity to develop the engine for the first prototype of Japan's automobiles. In the post-war years of recovery, we strove to develop water and gas meters by using our advanced technologies and produced many of the world's first technologies.
