Aichi Tokei Denki Co.,Ltd. will begin a total non-smoking policy on its premises in April 2024 in order to promote health management and maintain and improve the physical and mental health of its employees.
In July 2020, we announced our "Health Declaration," and as part of this declaration, we have been working to abolish indoor smoking areas and limit smoking hours within the company, and now, as a company that promotes health management, we have decided to implement a total smoking ban on the premises throughout the entire company.
We will continue to promote initiatives to create a better work environment and ensure that employees can work in a healthy and enjoyable manner.
