This year, as part of our community contribution through sports, we held the 3rd Atsuta Aichitokei Cup Baseball Tournament for elementary school baseball teams at Atsuta Jingu Park. (Co-sponsored by: Atsuta Jingu Park <Designated Manager: Iwama Zoen Co., Ltd.>)
Ten teams, mainly from Nagoya City, participated. The opening ceremony and preliminary rounds were held on May 3rd (Sat), the quarterfinals on May 4th (Sun), and the semifinals and finals on May 11th (Sun) at Atsuta Aichitokei 120 Stadium.
This tournament was based on the concept of "a tournament centered on children," and participants commented, "Including the tournament's concept, it was a very satisfying baseball tournament," and "It was great to be able to play baseball in such a wonderful stadium from elementary school age, and it will be a good memory, especially for the 6th graders."
We will continue our social contribution activities to be familiar and welcoming to the local community.
