Please beware of suspicious e-mails disguised as Aichi Tokei Denki Co., Ltd.
It has recently been confirmed that suspicious e-mails disguising to be from Aichi Tokei Denki Co., Ltd. are being sent.
If you receive e-mails with contents that you have no idea about, please be vigilant on the following characteristics of the suspicious e-mails and delete them as promptly as possible.
Please note that the domain name of e-mails we send is: “@inet1.aichitokei.co.jp”.
Main characteristics of suspicious e-mails:
・Sent with the domain name of “aichtokei.net”.
・Contain messages such as “we wish to contract your enterprise as our “Intermediary” or “Account Receivable Agent”
in US and Canada ONLY for purpose of collecting & directing funds owed to Aichi Tokei Denki Co., ltd.” or
”We would like to Contract the service of you/your Company for a small contract Job in your region.”
in the main text urging you to conclude a contract with us.
・Contain messages “We are currently seeking for individuals and/or companies that would act as an intermediary to our customers
in Canada & US exclusively.” in the main text urging you to reply.
・There is a statement in the main text of the e-mail that urges you to “sign to conclude the contract with us.”
