Integration with equipment

  • DO YOU WANT TO BUILD FLOW
    METERS INTO MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
    AND INDUSTRIAL MACHINES?

    OUR PRODUCTS HAVE COMPACT DESIGNS.
    NO STRAIGHT PIPING IS REQUIRED
    FOR INSTALLATION.

Our products have compact design and flexibility in terms of installation location, as straight piping is not needed. They perform measurements, monitoring and controlling in much medical and industrial machinery, including dialysis machines, molding machines, semiconductor manufacturing equipment and fuel batteries. We can supply these sensors on an OEM basis based on your requested specifications.

  • HAS YOUR FLOW METER EVER
    BEEN BROKEN WHEN SPLASHED
    WITH WATER?

RUST FREE & FULLY WATERPROOF (IP68)

We are confident that our products are resistant to submersion in water with a package that has a solid welding structure. You can even use them in the water. For example, the water meters are fully waterproof. They can be used in the water for eight years in a row. They have been a long-selling product for 30 years.

  • DO YOU WANT TO SAVE COOLANT
    FOR MACHINING?

    UNIFY MANAGEMENT OF COOLANT FLUIDS

Our technologies support effective production by unifying the management of the circulation status of coolant fluids in many processing machines to optimize supplement cycles and clarify the operation status of equipment.

  • DO YOU WANT TO
    MEASURE HYDROGEN?

A HYDROGEN METER THAT COMBINES HIGH-ACCURACY, DURABILITY AND ECONOMY.

In Japan, development and propagation of stationary fuel cell systems are under way as a core part of future energy and environmental policies. When it comes to the time of deployment, manufacturing and storing of hydrogen should be integrated to supply hydrogen gas to each consumer through hydrogen piping. The consumption of hydrogen gas should also be measured for each consumer.
We have successfully developed a prototype of a hydrogen meter for consumers in collaboration with Kyushu University. We also provide highly responsive hydrogen flow meters to automobile manufacturers.
