CONTRIBUTING TO THE HYDROGEN ENERGY SOCIETY
As a measure against global warming and energy issues, utilization of hydrogen has been proposed. One of the effective ways to realize this is to propagate stationary fuel cell systems. In the future, if the infrastructure of hydrogen gas is improved as much as the one there is for city gas, a system that measures the consumption of hydrogen gas safely and securely for a long period of time will be needed. We develop hydrogen meters of superior economy, safety and convenience in cooperation with research institutes and participate in demonstration experiments led by public institutions of Japan, in order to prepare for the upcoming hydrogen-driven society. We have also supplied our products to automobile manufacturers for the test system of fuel cell vehicles. In addition, we have a long history of providing gas flow sensors built in fuel cells.
MANAGING THE AMOUNT OF PUMPED UP GROUNDWATER
In the Netherlands, where most areas are polders, when in implementing large-scale construction, it is required by law to manage the amount of pumped up groundwater and to return the water back to the ground after the construction. We have provided lightweight and compact ultrasonic flow meters to a pump manufacturer in the Netherlands. Our products receive a high evaluation for their strength against impurities present in groundwater, a structure that does not disturb pump abilities, as for well as their unparalleled lightweight for easy carrying.
