Energy Conservation

  • DO YOU WANT TO SAVE
    THE CONSUMPTION OF INDUSTRIAL
    COMBUSTION GAS?

REDUCE THE LOAD ON THE ENVIRONMENT BY OPTIMIZING AIR-FUEL RATIO.

You can achieve reduction of fuel costs and purification of exhaust gas by improving the air-fuel ratio by measuring the accurate amount of air and gas with our supersonic flow meters.

  • DO YOU WANT TO SAVE COOLANT
    FOR MACHINING?

    UNIFY MANAGEMENT OF COOLANT FLUIDS

Our technologies support effective production by unifying the management of the circulation status of coolant fluids in many processing machines to optimize supplement cycles and clarify the operation status of equipment.

  • IS THE ELECTRICITY BILL
    OF YOUR FACTORY EXPENSIVE?

SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE THE ELECTRICITY FEE BY
    VISUALIZING COMPRESSED AIR.

You would be surprised how much a compressor, which creates compressed air, consumes electricity. It generally accounts for approximately 20 to 25 percent of power consumption of an entire factory. If you install flow meters for each compressor, factory or line to understand the variation in electricity consumption, you can detect air leaks, reduce and optimize compressed air and significantly cut electricity bills.

  • DO YOU THINK YOUR FACTORY
    WASTES PLENTY OF WATER?

NO MORE WASTE OF WATER BY DETECTING WATER LEAKS.

Our electromagnetic flow meters can measure as wide as 1:1000.
They never miss even a tiny amount of water leaks at night or during weekends. You can eliminate waste water by immediately detecting water leaks from aged pipes, etc.

  • DO YOU WANT TO MEASURE
HOT SPRING WATER IN A SIMPLE WAY?

    CONSIDER USING INSERTION
    ELECTROMAGNETIC FLOW METERS

In pipelines with the source of hot springs, the control of water flow has not progressed much because of the high price of flow meters and lack of installation locations. "E-moni," which we developed for thermal control, is an insertion type electromagnetic flow meter that can be installed just by making small holes in a pipe. It is inexpensive and can be installed in any locations.

  • CLEANSING SEWAGE SLUDGE

MEASURE AIR IN THE AERATION TANK.

When air is pumped into the aeration tank, which is the main process of sewage clarification, oxygen is supplied and aerobic bacteria (microorganisms) are produced. They decompose organic compounds through oxidation and synthesize new cells. This is how the cleansing process works. The blower to pump huge amounts of air accounts for a significant percentage of the entire energy consumption. The proper control of the blower can contribute to energy conservation and reduction of loads on the environment. Not to mention the accuracy of measurement, our ultrasonic air flow meters do not have pressure loss, hence would never waste blower energy consumption.
